Born Sinner?

We may not be able to alter the DNA we are born with, but we can strongly influence how these genes are expressed. With all the factors proven to contribute to violence, we can no longer say that violent individuals are just “born that way.” There is a lot we can do to prevent violence, and hardly anyone at any age is hopeless or beyond help." - Abigail Fagan, 2012

In general, laws are created as a reaction to advocacy, protest, research, and ultimately support from legislative lawmakers. It is essential to the needs of the most affected

communities to understand every human born into any society, should have the chance to grow within a somewhat peaceful environment.

It will always remain with the community the large responsibility of safety and progress. Should the citizens ever accept the labels or give in to the notion that some deserve to be viewed as "Born Sinners", that they will only be a terror because of the environment one is born into, then it is the society's fault, the citizen is a victim.
